      John and CTC Financial are awesome! I interviewed no less than twelve lenders before finding CTC and contacting John who tackled my fairly complicated file while other lenders were literally telling me no because it would be too much work. John closed multiple loans simultaneously while juggling a lot of moving pieces. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly honest.
