      Ruth and Sam and their team were absolutely first rate! They repeatedly went above and beyond, taking calls early and late and advising me on how to resolve all the little bumps that came along before closing. I mostly worked with Ruth, who is incredibly professional and really knows her stuff. I didn't work much with Sam, but when I needed something urgently and was out of town, he went out of his way to pick up that document for me. Talk about service! Keller Williams is known for high quality, and indeed it was a great experience with Sam and Ruth from beginning to end.

      We call to get more info about a home for sale in Cheshire Ct. Our call went to VM. Tks for calling ..blah blah blah.you can also call my cell phone @ 123456789, so we called the cell phone number. A rude woman answers the phone "How important is it ?" We thought we dialed the number wrong. "Is this Ct properties ?" My wife asked. RUTH :"Yes it is ..you called me three times ...i am in a meeting !" How the heck are we suppose to know you are in a meeting ? All i want is to pay cash for this home , ours is sold and we are anxious to buy our new home. Why answer your phone ..especially if you going to be rude ? Yes , you are rude and unprofessional ! I will use the agent that sold my home ..should have called her in the first place .

      Such a great team! Sam and Ruth and their whole team all were incredibly friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole purchase process. Together with BestWay Mortgage we managed to close in less than 30 days. Even after closing and on a holiday weekend, Ruth helped answer our late night question of how to get the dishwasher working. 11/10 id gladly work with Ruth and Sam again and again
