      Started off well. Turned in all of my documents to apply for a home mortgage three weeks ago been in contact with my banker who said he was going to get back to me. He had to contact underwriting. Had my employer write an earnings confirmation letter and a credit check was also done on me . he never did anything else. I would say the laziest Banker I've ever been in contact with he is only interested in low-hanging fruit. when I called and express my concern I received a phone call back from my banker asking me what my problem was and why I was complaining. This was my very first business adventure with this Bank I'm a former bank manager and a customer would never have waited this long for anything. Nor would I tolerate a response to a customer like I received. Needless to say I wasn't impressed.
