      I've been here about 6 times now, and the employees have always been very helpful. I've also never had to wait. So far, each time they have had the money I've come for. Also, twice I have ordered in advance and the money arrived within the time frame. They called me to let me know the money was there. All in all, happy with their rates and will continue to come here. Highly recommend!

      This place says they will match any bank rate and will provide the best rate. THEY REJECTED THE WELLS FARGO RATE AFTER MAKING ME COUNT EVERYTBKNG. AND DRIVE THERE. ITS WAS NOT THE LADYS FAULT. IT IS THEIR CORPORATE AND HQ WHO DECIDED NOT TO HONER THE BEST RATE. BEWARE. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE BEST RATE AND FALSE ADVERTISE THEY DO!!! DON’t GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE.

      Hello Neir, We apologize for the misunderstanding. You initially asked us over the phone to match Bank of America, which we did. Once you came in, you asked us to match Wells Fargo’s rate. The Wells Fargo rate you provided was for you buying Chinese Yuan (CNY) (USD to CNY) from them, however you were selling CNY to us (CNY to USD), which is not the same service and therefore we cannot use that rate. To be clear, buying and selling a currency use two different rates. If you look at the Wells Fargo online page, they only give you rates for ordering (or buying from them) CNY. Unfortunately, as they do not publish any rates where you sell CNY to them, there was no rate for us to match. We did offer you a better rate after we told you we could not match Wells Fargo’s rate. We are sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused you but we could not match a selling rate when we were buying CNY. Happy Travels, CXI Team
