Arrived there at their 11 AM opening time. Nobody home. At 11:10 I called the central office. They advised that the employee at that location was running a little late. He finally rolled in a little after noon. Maybe this was a one off, but still…

Horrible teller. Was very rude and disrespectful. He spoke in a very soft voice and was bothered to do his job. I asked a couple of question and he seemed to be bothered by that too. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated poorly and proposed horrible exchange rates. Overall, a poor experience. The teller’s attitude just rubs in the poor exchange rates even more. The teller never mentioned the Best Exchange Rate Guarantee either. The teller needs to be consulted or fired immediately. Do better.
