Curry abstract got a new person who is backed up on files. Per my lender as of today we are weeks behind schedule due to this title company. According to the realtor her contracts are 7 weeks behind schedule also due to the title company. I spoke with an employee named Darren who seems like he could not be bothered to go out to Fort Sumner to do his job. He is dragging his feet on going out there. I get it’s 60 miles away, however, this title company is supposed to service that area. He let me know last week that there are still 15 other properties ahead of mine. If you want a reliable title company with a fast close this is no longer the place to go.
