  Curtis is so awesome! I'm a first time home buyer and was always nervous about the process of buying because I heard it could be a pain. NOT with Curtis he made it so simple and easy and everything went so smooth. I learned so much from him during this process and couldn't thank him more! This is the 3rd generation in my family that curtis has helped by a home and all of us just love him. THANK YOU CURTIS!

  I have purchased 2 homes and done 1 refinance with Curtis. He has educated me about many aspects of the home buying process while getting my loan improved despite my unpredictable independent income. When I was a first time home buyer, he helped me save time and money while being very patient with my learning process. Every time he said that he would get something done, he followed through. The most recent home purchase was during an extreme seller's market in which we had 10 days before all contingencies were up, which we didn't think we possible to achieve but Curtis assured me that we could do it. Curtis found us an agent (James Lee, who is also amazing) and they worked diligently to get us our home. We beat out other buyers because they guided us to making a better offer even though we still got an amazing deal on the house. Curtis got our loan funded in 3 days with a really low rate. He also saved us thousands of dollars (maybe as much as $15k-$20K). He has never been pushy. He only educates us to make good decisions. I would never buy a home or refinance without him being heavily involved in the process. His honesty, integrity and trustworthiness are at the highest level.

  I've recently purchased my first home and working with Curtis was an amazing experience. From day one he has gone above and beyond for me. He helped explain every step of the process thoroughly to me and was there throughout the duration of the application. I felt comfortable and at east throughout the entire process and he was available for me, regardless of time of day or what day of the week it was, he was always there. I would highly recommend Curtis to anyone purchasing or refinancing their home. He is extremely well versed and educated in mortgages and will do what's best for you, not what's best for his bottom line. Curtis treat's you like family!
