      Pool still closed 3 weeks already. If I pay + $1,100.00 montly, I aspect to use pool. NOT VERY HAPPY with them right now! I am retired due to stroke in November. Haven't been to swim this spring. Rent takes almost my whole retirement check from employment. SSA takes for other payments/etc. but does leave much. I like other renters and staff. The pool issue overshadow the good .

We have hired a professional pool company to complete these repairs and are on their schedule. We are hopeful to have the pool fully operational and open within a few days.       I live at Copper Creek and the pool has been closed pretty much ALL summer (2022). Hire a real company and get it fixed!! An email with updates once in awhile would be nice. I am not paying for low income housing...I want my amenities! I'm sure once this new building opens that the new tenants paying above premium rent are NOT going to appreciate it either! Speaking of...where are planning for all these new tenants to park??? I can tell you right now it's going to be a huge issue!
