  Pros: BIG FEATURES => Best house design(s) in this area IMHO, Bathrooms, Kitchen, (Whole house really) CUSTOMIZATION => Exact counters we wanted, kitchen faucet, light fixtures, etc/only thing I asked for that they wouldn't do was to paint my office with whiteboard paint, ABOVE & BEYOND => Paid for the extension of my rate lock. OVERALL VALUE => Great size, sf, room# for price. Cons: HVAC=> system went down twice when it was hot and took over a week to repair (that said HVAC has keep us cool or warm besides these incidents), LATE => did not deliver the house on time, QUALITY => lots of little fixes still required after we closed. The Foreman has been responsive and fair. THING I WISH I HAD ASKED FOR => a sink in the garage. P.S. No matter what someone tells you, you think you hear, or you think you read, they will NOT stain your deck.

  Worst experience in my life!! My grandfather was a contractor his entire life so I know what to expect from builders. This company was horrendous from the start. Started contract talks and signed paperwork for a 3 acre lot, come to find out they didn’t even own the lot to begin with so they illegally signed contracts on something they didn’t even own. On top of that they never started the build, not even a year later. Finally we cancelled the contract and they still tried to hold on too my money. Completely unprofessional on every level and lack a clear understanding of laws and regulations. Would never work with these people again even if the home was offered for free!!! They need their licenses revoked ASAP!!

I can assure you all of our contracts have been extensively reviewed by legal professionals who make sure everything we do is way above board. What you are referring to is called an “option contract” and is very common in this industry. We understand that you are entitled to voice your opinion and hope that you and your grandfather find a company who you feel good about building with!

  This team will make false promises. They dragged my family around with the whole process for almost a year just to terminate our contract. They constantly lied. Never could get in contact with them. The communication was by far the worse I even seen. Would never recommend their services.
