Erika was a pleasure to work with. We started thinking about buying last year and Erika stuck with us as we got all our ducks in a row. When we started looking seriously in May 2022, Erika was right alongside of us making a stressful process a breeze! Not only did Erika walk my husband and I through the pre-approval process but she also gave us different scenarios of host cost/down payment/etc so that we could see what the payments would look like with different situations. With very little warning, Erika was able to finish up our loan when we needed to close five days sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend Erika because she will fight tooth and nail for the best rates and make the process a breeze!
