  Once again their customer service was horrible, rude what is wrong with these people. It was a different girl and my business partner. He was treated like a criminal for trying to deposit a check in to our business account. If I was not looking for a better bank already from the last time and the customer service of their business department , I am now. Cyprus may not be the oldest credit union in Utah for long if their customer service and treatment of long term clients does not change. They dress like hobos they have no manners. As there adds and hold music states our customers or first over and over again, someone should inform the manger Cindy and her staff of that motto because they don’t act that way at all. They laugh behind customers backs and the customers and their needs come last after the employees fun and games are over. The one teller their is just horrible he is not professional in any way shape or form . He down right lied to me telling me an issue was resolved when it had not been at all. They surely do not want to customers money or to help customers in anyway. This could be why there are never any customers at that branch . Cyprus should just leave the atm open and close the office and fire all the employees. Do not bank at this branch, close your accounts and move to different banks or credit unions

  Isn't funny and ridiculous at the same time that when we write a bad review for this credit union they ask you to send them an e mail too? On top of them doing a million things wrong in the last couple of years ( at least in my experience) they also throw a chore on us? " PLEASE SEND US AN E MAIL AT FEEDBACK @ CYPRUS .COM" WHAT???? pick up the phone and call the customer if you really want to know more about our bad experiences , it is you guys's job , not ours, you people work for Cyprus, members do not. That is exactly one of your problems right there!

  Absolutely amazing. I didn't have the best credit score but they helped me any way. Every time I go there they are eager to help and find solutions to all if any problems. This credit union is amazing and I recommend to everyone.
