      Worst company to do any banking/ finance through. They lie and tell you that you’re financed and then come back and say they need additional information. They are not willing to waive needing a drivers license even when the dmv is booked out and you can’t get in. Horrible horrible! Any other credit union is better than Cyprus. They shouldn’t even be in business.

      Long time member here (10 plus years) . Was just told by the not so nice teller lady that she was going to put my 7k check on a 5 day hold. This check came from another credit union in town. Waited a good 10 plus minutes for her to come back and tell me. I've never had someone call another local credit union to verify such a small amount. Took my check back and went up the street to America First where I am also a member. I was in and out in less than 5 mins with no BS about verifying funds from another local credit union. I will not be opening any more accounts with these folks, they have changed.
