      Amazing experience today with Travis! I will be forever grateful for this credit union. I have had my identity stolen and no one would give me a chance.       This credit union gives my clients a lot of unnecessary run around. They do not know what they are doing. Do not trust them with your money or rely on their advice. EDIT: I have spoken with the branch manager, who was rude and dismissive. The person answering the phone for the branch number (connects to a main line for multiple branches apparently) refuses to connect me with anyone else. He also said they won't give out names, names available with google. I find it interesting that Cyprus does not have an attorney on staff, no general counsel is listed on the bar website/LInkedin/or the Cyprus website. This is probably why they do not understand Utah law and will not provide necessary services to their customers. I have advised my client to file a complaint with the Utah Department of Financial Institutions and switch their accounts.
