  A SPECIAL thank you to the team we worked with; Cyrus Mulitalo, Derek Langfield, and Cyrus’ assistant Jasmin. You guys were amazing. We didn’t have a great experience when we started this process with a different agent and processor, so I reached out to Cyrus after seeing him post about a sale he just closed and he connected us with Derek. The first time I spoke with Derek, he was extremely informative and easy to talk to. They acted fast and made sure it worked out in our favor..& closed in 22 days with just a little over $2,000 out of pocket! Thank you for not breaking our bank!! Lol the market is competitive and a little discouraging right now, but they made sure it happened. Offers on 6 different houses & here we are with the best one yet. 😊
