  They will sell you an Item, but they aren't too friendly. In my experience, I was trading a Yamaha guitar for a Martin guitar, they told me the Yamaha was worth a lot less than it was, because there was a basic model of that guitar online, though it did not look like the same guitar, the wood in the one online was a lot lower quality, it was just a totally different guitar. They gave me a terrible offer, I offered to donate it for someone wanting to learn to play guitar, one of the Men laughed at that gesture. This was actually a better acoustic guitar than what they had left in stock. I did end up donating it to the store, but they made it clear that it would be sold and not given to someone that would want to learn. When I was purchasing the Martin guitar, the person checking me out blocked me out of conversation by reading forums on his computer. Though, I really didn't do anything to deserve that kind of treatment. I was actually being respectful with these people. I have had times where transactions went smoothly here, I am really hoping this is a one time ordeal and others do not have to deal with this kind of treatment. I won't be dealing with it again, as I wont be in the store again. This is a business and they may deal with many types of people and personalities, but I just always expect to be treated with atleast a little bit of respect as a customer.

  Tried to buy a rifle they came with the we only sell to 21 years and older and I have bought many at other stores and pawn shops
