  I had many problems with the vehicle i purchased through them but I must say the warranty helped and they made it right. I have to definitely give a big shout out to the mechanics and Dean for being so amazing and taking ownership of the issues. Thank you so much.

  Bought multiple vehicles from them only one that was any good was from the Belair lot. Starting going to Bartons lot had tons of mechanical issues and multiple trips to the shop between transmission going out of the jeep I bought then finally got traded out of it into a van had it for maybe a week transmission went out on it yeah they fixed it but still. I sent it back after having it for a while. Now my husband went and bought a PT Cruiser and all its done is overheat and not stay running right and they don't want to make it right. Done called and tried and all they wanna do is cancel the contract or try to fix it which they obviously can't since it's been worked on 3 or 4 times. So now we are stuck with a car and payment instead of them just making it right. So I recommend if you are determined to buy from them go see Todd or someone from the Belair lot and really look over your vehicle before you make a final decision. And ask to see the carfax report because I didn't on my first ever purchase from them and I didn't get told until after I was signing papers the car was wrecked before then I was stuck and couldn't back out of the deal.

  Kayla, Sorry to hear of your trouble. We defiantly try our hardest to accommodate all customer and assure their vehicle is running correctly. We offer the 24months or 24,000 mile Service contract that covers many, many items. I'm Hopeing that you would have your husband call Dean and explain the issue with his vehicle 301-463-2200. He should be able to address any service issue your husband is experiencing.

  I went down here last weekend worked with the most amazing person Nicki I mean she was awesome I was so confused and didn’t really know what I wanted and she was so calm and collected got me a Mazda C3 and the entire staff was so efficient professional and made me feel like I was apart of the family. I truly swear by this place the home feel the level of comfort and attention to detail these people possess it’s hard to find people like this.
