      This comment is what I experienced with this company and is my opinion. I got my taxes done with my spouse and this tax company made it seem as if they had multiple tax experts to do taxes yet only 1 person (the owner) was doing the taxes from over Skype. Before we went into the office we was told a person in the actual office location was going to prepare the taxes (which was a lie). In addition to that lie, the owner filed our taxes incorrectly adding any expense to the HR Block eFile that we thought was an expense without clarifying anything. He placed filing names in the wrong errors on the tax form and he didn't calculate the revenues/expenses correctly. Very inexperience and I consider this fraud! I will be getting this issue rectified legally if it comes to it.
