      Exceptional and efficient service. Andrea is brilliant and thorough. From my 5 years experience as a client, D&PFS goes above and beyond for their clients.       I paid for Advisory Services - COVID-19 Relief Lending and I never received any type of service. I reached out a couple times--one time her assistant gave me the run around and said there were no answers and nothing was done, next she refused a meeting with the accountant when I requested one and then she stopped answering my emails and calls when I reached out. Andrea is a wealth of knowledge during the consultation, but there is no follow through. It seems like her tactic is to provide you with all these things she can do for your business and ways she can help you out, but once you pay, she is no where to be found. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Pennsylvania Board of Accountancy to lodge a formal complaint. Her and her assistant are very unprofessional.
