  We have been working with this company since 2018 on and off when we would decide to come back to the trucking industry. For the last year and a half, we have been very consistent with them. We factored over $750,000 worth of loads with them in the year of 2021. As I was balancing my books and confirming load payments, I found 80+ loads that we hadn’t factored yet. (THIS WAS JANUARY 2021) When I reached out to them, they said that I would have to get paid by the company we delivered the load for. Well, when I reached out to my contractor, they stated that ALL those loads had already been paid to the factoring company. When I reached back out to the factoring company, they said, well you guys have this chunk of money sitting here and we don’t know where to apply it to. (THE LOADS DATED BACK AS FAR AS JUNE 2021.) I instantly got highly upset because if I never called, they would’ve never said anything. The money amounted out to be over $40,000. We were the ones being punished and they hesitated to send us our money. My contractor and I spent hours and hours trying to assist with resolving this issue. They also forced us to wait 30 days before we could get a release. After the 30 days, they were still slow about releasing us. As of today, I haven’t received a letter of release for this company in full but my access to their portal has been deemed inactive when I tried to log in today. I would 0 out of 10 recommend this company. Save yourself the headache. They will make you feel like you have been robbed of everything you have worked so hard for!

  I started using D&S in 2008 and decided to go another route in March 2022. After I had been with them all those years they decided to give me a discounted rate when they heard I might be leaving. More than one time I was paid for another company’s load or another company was paid for my load. There not very good at handling other peoples money that’s for sure. I was told I could terminate my contract early for a $100 dollars. When I called to get the stuff I needed to move on I was told that they could not let me go for 30 days. After arguing with them for a couple days days they finally give me what I needed. They acted very unprofessional about the whole situation and i would not recommend anyone use them. They are very hard to get a hold of on the phone when I call in. Most of the time when k would call in I would wait at least 5 or 10 mins. I left very disgusted with the way they acted and treated me. Before u sign up with them I recommend giving RTS a call. I’ve never been happier.
