      Tellers ask a LOT of personal questions during small talk, even when it's obvious I'm in a rush. Othertimes, they're outright dismissive. Just poor manners in general. Online banking NEVER reflects the actual account balance and that can be inconvienient. I'll be looking at switching banks soon.
