Nefarious, a complete waste of time. There is no costumer service, you have to call daily to get some information in addition to checking your credit 2 or 3 times for the same and in the end you have to go to a branch with which online banking nothing. Brian Vallejo has attended to me, I had to call him daily to give me some information about my application and he has been incompetent from minute one to my last call, desisting from everything. I have never been so badly served in a bank like Dade County Federal Credit Union
