      I have held an account with this credit union since I was a child and today I received the worst service in years. I had an insurance check written only to me and was not allowed to cash it. Not because of the amount or where it was written from but because they wanted me to apply it to my loan, but again, the check was written in my name only and not to the credit union. I will be looking into other banking options.
