      This is a terrible bank. I had a very, very sick child, and didnt respond in a timely enough fashion to enlist in some re-enrollment on a loan that I had with them. But I did ask that they contact my wife as I was unavailable. They didnt bother, and decided to completely drain my account (to zero: $0.00) for a loan that I have been paying off faithfully. Never once missed a payment. They made a small fortune on this loan over the last few years but made a decision that will hurt them far more than it will I. Absolutely the worst bank I have ever seen. Disgraceful. And yes, I am happy to discuss this with anyone interested. I have the documents to prove what they are. I am easy to find. I am a local physician and I would be thrilled to help anyone who is considering looking at this "bank". I have much more data than I can provide here. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.
