  Throughout the closing process, Dan was very difficult to reach. It would take several days of calling and texting to finally get a response. When the time came to close, I was totally unable to get in contact with Dan or his team and my closing date was delayed without anyone reaching out to explain why. When the final closing date came around, the closing disclosure was grossly incorrect totaling over seven thousand dollars more than what I was actually meant to pay. Even though I was assured that I would eventually get my money back, it is still not acceptable that this happened at all. I’ve never known another situation in which the buyer walks away expecting a refund because they had to overpay in order to close in a timely manner. I strongly believe that Dan is in need of serious remedial training and that, for a period of time, he should not be able to deal with buyers directly as a lead loan officer.
