  Dan is simply the best. He takes the time to answer all your questions and guide you through the whole home buying/refinance process. He just helped me refinance my home as a "non-owner" occupied. I own a duplex and one of the units is occupied by my parents; the other one by renters. My parents are older now and looking to retire. Thanks to Dan and the rate he was able to get me, my parents can now live in my home rent free, while the house pays itself from the funds collected by my renters. Thank you so much, Dan!

  Just worked with Dan to refinance my mortgage. He got me an extremely attractive rate. He worked with the bank closely to expedite a process bogged down by ever changing rules and added fees. He got our family locked in, and held the rate as the bank made some unforeseen requests. Arguably, the banks have been extremely hampered by the increase in requests to refinance homes in recent years. Dan was simply an asset. Time really wasn't a factor as much as the inevitable rate change. So, for Dan, making sure rates stayed locked was a priority. He made sure we were granted extended time to complete any added requests by the bank. Dan is absolutely invaluable in these situations. He's an incredibly patient man and is willing to take the time to explain the many intricacies of this process. He has also acquired two separate homes loans for my family. It's really difficult to put into words how much Dan has helped my family financially. This review is hardly worthy. I hope to offer a sense of authenticity when I say Dan is one of the best Loan Officers I will have ever met and look forward to working with him again in the future as needed. Thanks Dan!

  Whether you are an experienced or a first-time home buyer, you will undoubtedly be impressed by Dan’s knowledge and service as a mortgage broker. Not only is he experienced and savvy, but he is also always willing to take the time to answer any questions you have or explain something about the home buying/loan process. During our home purchase, it was great to feel like someone as sharp and hardworking as him was really on “your team” and just a phone call away. He also got us a rate that couldn’t be beat!
