  Dan is absolutely the cream of the crop in terms of lenders. He never once treated me as a number, but got to know me, and innovated unique solutions to our mortgage needs. His ability to move things forward with calmness and confidence marks him as a true professional. When crunch time and deadlines came, Dan handled my emotional needs with the same attentiveness and kindness that went far above and beyond what one could expect. When it comes to needing lending or a mortgage, if you value honesty, competency, compassion, and just good old fashion won't take no for an answer work ethic, I could not imagine using anyone else except Dan and his team. I wish I could give 50 stars. A completely awesome experience from beginning to end.

  Dan has always been up front, clear, and very helpful through the financing process. Even through the inevitable complications and hurdles that come, Dan is always there to present a clear path forward. During our most recent time working with Dan he was able to quickly react and help us during a refinance as we were attempting to work with our current mortgage servicer to do the same. Our mortgage servicer was less than helpful and not very responsive. We decided to contact Dan instead and he was able to put our refinance in process before our servicer ever got around to replying to a simple question we had asked. Simply stated: If you want to get things done right and in a timely manner, get in touch with Dan and you will not be disappointed.
