  Great experience with Danco financial! Awesome customer service. Never any problems. If I had questions they were always prepared with the answer. Regular reports to credit bureaus. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Not the best but certainly not the worst finance company. I paid my car off in February of this year. My loan was from July 2018-April 2022 (I think). I received the title roughly two weeks later. They were always pretty nice to me but I hate their website and trying to update my personal information. The website doesn’t track payments that aren’t made online and the balance is usually inaccurate. When you mail checks there are no receipts or confirmations of payment. They charge payment fees for processing which sucks and one random day they decided to only report to Equifax. That was a bummer because I was working so hard to build my credit. I always felt like they did things without warnings, like address changes and stuff. I was mailing checks and no one ever said “hey we have a new address for check payments” so my car payment was technically late. I stayed in communication with Alyssa, and she worked with me. I had a horrible experience with the car dealership (auto deals Decatur) but Danco has been ok. I think the key is paying on time and staying in touch with them. They have rules and though I may not like them, I did my best to follow them.
