      The service provided by Glenn Rosdeutscher was poor. Did not have information ready at time of closing even though the loan had been in process for over a month causing a delay in the close of the loan. As the seller of the property we were not notified of his inability to do his job until we got to the closing office. We were told we would have to wait for the lender to finalize information even though they stated we were ready to close the prior day. This may not be an issue with the entirety of sun trust mortgage but our experience was subpar and reeked of incompetence
