      Covid Compliance: All staff and patrons wear masks. They are doing things differently this year. No in house meetings. Appointmentss are via phone call or zoom. Appointment suggested for dropping off paperwork / copies. Staff is great đź‘Ť Everything is handled professionally and through secure portals.

      I don't like given negative reviews for any company. But it come to a point that I need to be heard not sure if this is the best way for Mr. Danielle to here his company customers feedback. I've been a client forever. They always been so kind and replied to any of my needs. But this year with my 2021irs tax return is something to be desired. IRS can't find my return. Can someone confirm if they are still in business. I have called lots times of trying to reach anyone. It either goes to VM pit, yes leave a message or this extension is full. Other option send a email. Needless to say crickets all around. Note to Mr. Danielle. I hope you're listening to your customer.

      I'm very disappointed in this firm. After filing my returns with them, I was never told that they did not e-file, only after numerous phone calls or emails, I finally got a response. How can you not E-File, when you are paying for this service, & not told that you are mailing returns back or discussing the issue with me? Meanwhile, they got paid full sum in advance before I knew of this. They never return messages, don't respond, meanwhile I'm still waiting for my returns that were sent out in February in Feb.This is not what you pay for. No curtesy discount with an apology. One star just for preparing the taxes.
