      Such an amazing experience with Danielle and her team, Rich, Cocca and Diana. They are so responsive and made the mortgage process such a breeze for us to purchase our multi family building. What I loved about Danielle and citizens bank in general is that there are no gimmicks. What they say is what you get when it comes to interest rate and loan cost etc. and Danielle does a great job running numbers to let us know what we are pre approved for to avoid being denied. She’s dedicated and her team works just the same! Citizens bank online portal is super easy to navigate and I love that we chose them and Danielle for our mortgage needs! I highly recommend.

      Most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. Took advantage of first time home buyers. Never returns my calls. Screwed up both my mortgage and checking account with her carelessness. Called her last week with emergency mortgage issue no response. And still no call back
