  Checked out this new location to see and talk to the people inside. I spoke to the teller inside who advised that the credit union is managed by a lady named, Staci Wallace. The teller said the assistant manager is named Anne Sorensen. I asked about membership and the services this branch offers. The teller also about the hours of the drive thru and the ATM on site.

  Financing my car with them, never was aware of the outrageous charges they make for leaving a lapsed of insurance. 2 months is worth $1,985!!! That's a $1,000 each month, way more than my car payment, after talking to representative and she said i should be cleared as longest i provide proof of insurance... here comes a bill for almost $2,000 . This is crazy, i should've stayed with other bank that was financing my previous car, biggest mistake honestly i regret it now. Do the research before doing any kind of switch, the reviews exist for a reason.

  Visited this branch, not too impressed with customer service. My daughter and I walked out of this branch thinking the same thing. The lady who helped us hardly talked to us, very short. Credit unions used to be more hospitable and treat you like a valued member. We didn't feel this here. Also, when you say "We will call you", then you should call. Well, they didn't. Made us feel less than a valued member. I can say this, I will never visit this branch again.
