      Carrie in the insurance department is So Helpful. Was surprised I didn't know as much about my coverage and how I could have been saving so much on my premiums all this time until I spoke with her and she explained it for us. Will definitely be moving our policies over when we close on our new home and change everything over. Highly recommend Carrie for your insurance, you can tell she's not just in it for the money and truly cares about her clients!

      You can’t Wire, Zelle or transfer funds to other banks. Stay away. You can only mail large checks. They also put insurance on my auto loan while I was looking for a new insurance company. It increased my payment by almost 2-3k.

      Won’t allow payment over $500 from an outside bank account. No branches in Frisco. Have had a couple major errors that were a hassle to resolve. Board doesn’t respond to complaints. Finally updated there website & app.
