We were lied to in regards to being charged for a meeting. After weeks of trying to get the issue resolved (the accountant said she would inform their billing department), it is still not resolved. Poor communication throughout their team. Very frustrating. We are just going to pay the bill and never go back. They lie straight to your face, how can you trust them for business and tax advice? Wish I had read the other google reviews before going here in the first place.
