I am so grateful to David for his excellent guidance as we closed on our first home in record time. When I first spoke with David, he immediately took the time to entertain a 25-minute phone conversation in which I asked a lot of dumb questions. He was patient, clear, and made me feel very comfortable. His background as a lawyer impressed me a lot and I decided he was the guy for us. He got us our preapproval in a single day. Throughout the entire loan process, David was always available and my husband and I closed in a little over 3 weeks. Side note: when we were a couple of days into our inspection period, Wells Fargo finally got back to us regarding our preapproval. I couldn't help but laugh. We made the best decision by going with David and I'm beyond excited to be a home owner!
