  David and team work diligently to get our home purchase done on a very short timeframe. With such and aggressive market every minute counted. We closed on our new property within 26 days, which was important because our old property was in escrow and scheduled to close.   Could not let the year come to a close without sharing a STELLAR review of Lender, David Honda, and his speedy skills to takeover a client's disastrous loan approval from another Lender and get Buyer back on track to closing all within 15 days!
