      Purchased a certified used truck and bought all extended warranties. Simple backup camera stopped working they want me to leave it there for a few weeks til they get time to look at it. I don’t know about everyone else but I only have one vehicle and can’t just leave it there that long

      I came here back in July for the works package which includes an oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off only to find out that my tires weren't rotated and my fluid wasn't top off. Then to make matters worse, I was not informed of any of the work that needed to be done on my car and Brian their service manager is a joke. I called and informed him about my concerns and he just kind of laughed it off and did not take me seriously. I never had issues when Terry worked here. It's unfortunate that I have to drive further away to not only get taken seriously, but to ensure the the work is being done and I'm being informed of what needs to be done. If you do get work done on your vehicle, make sure they're actually doing it.
