      I’m so happy with Frisco David McDavid Lincoln. They are fantastic!!! I purchased my first And Second Lincoln from them, in Plano and now, Frisco, Texas. They have been my extended family in purchases of autos the past three years!!! I bought a Navigator, as my last car, and it, as was my 3.0 MKZ, unparalleled in performance and style!!! The staff, both service and sales have been complimentary in actions towards me as a customer. I give them very high marks!!!

      I dropped my car off for service Thursday July 14, 2022 for service. It is now July 19, 2022 and I have not received an estimate, a phone call…nothing. No update whatsoever and two messages have now been left. Service has never been this bad before. Severely dissatisfied.

      I came in for a recall on my engine block that was listed online for the MKC. I was told there was no recall I offered to show the guy the article he refuse to look at it and said if it was online it did not matter. I would need to pay $275.00 for a diagnostic. Needless to say if I came in for a recall and was told there is no recall then the next question should have been what would you like to do. Not just say well it will be $275.00. Of course I did not pay to have a diagnostic done.
