  The process of home buying can sometimes be scary, long and tedious but David gives you the best preparation for it. He was constantly available and patiently answered my numerous questions. When buying a home, you need someone who makes himself available and that you can trust, I couldn’t recommend David and NEO any more highly. Even after closing on the home you still get free tools and tips on how to best manage your home investment. What’s not to love about it? Great stuff!

  I have worked with David for about a year and a half now, and I have to say it's been amazing. The mortgage industry was completely new to me when I joined, but he was willing to take a chance on me. The opportunities that have opened up to me because of it have been amazing. His leadership has set a great foundation for me to build off of, and now that I am working on becoming a licensed Loan officer here in Minnesota I know if I continue to follow his example I will be able to succeed. I started working with David at a different company, but after many talks and a lot of consideration we both decided that NEO Home loans was a better fit for our team. The technology and loan programs available here at NEO make it possible for us to help more families around the Midwest find homes, and get them started on their journey to become functionally free. Because of him I have an amazing career, and work for a great company that I can see myself staying at from here on out. This is the first job that I've been at where there hasn't been a single day where I wake up not excited to start work. Thank you David, the realtors we work with, and all our other referral partners that help make what we do possible!
