  I contacted this company in October of 2020 to request a title search for property. I spoke on several phone conversations to verify the receipt of the photos of legal documents. I waited patiently for some correspondence to request payment or request for further information. This company has not performed anything which I had requested. Here is the change of this review. My information and request was placed in a location uncommon to active requests for service. It was not disregarded due to lack of professionalism. I honestly try, to not be a person who swings from a polar in opinion to the opposite polar in light of appeasement. Two mistakes were made, both were mine. One, I stopped following up after a couple months. Two, I wrote the review without calling her prior to writing it. When Jessica became aware of the situation she corrected my two mistakes and made it seem easy. I am embarrassed but very grateful to her. My review of this business follows. The staff is patient and outgoing. They understand proactively a customer's needs, and how to efficiently meet expectations. They have access to resources, information and supporting services to attain research results. And, to me the most important aspect was the manner in which the information was formatted, easy to review and understand. I want to thank Jessica and her staff but they modestly said in essence, "it's what they do" as a profession. But while I temporarily work here in Augusta, Georgia; I know a guy, who knows a guy that just might be able to hook me up with some James Brown, the godfather of soul paraphernalia....

  Like always, it's a last minute emergency and I have to find a notary public, now! Closing on our home loan (out of state) the bank first said weeks ago, nothing special needed. Jessica responded to my email within a few minutes and offered to accommodate our needs without hesitation for that day even though she had 5 closings scheduled! I cannot say enough about Jessica, excellent customer service! Thank you!
