  I have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime, but I have never had such a high level of customer service. When selling our home, we were provided with multiple proposals that would change the date, method and overall timeline of the new purchase. We were unsure whether or not we could make the changes. Then an amazing thing happened! Dawn picked her phone up on a Saturday. She answered our questions and followed up. Not only were we able to make an informed decision but we did so in a timely matter. I have never worked with anyone who provided that level of customer service. When I complimented and thanked her, she shrugged it off as if working on a Saturday wasn't a big deal. She explained "That's when it all happens." She is not wrong. We were able to take the best deal and get such great customer service. I don't give a 5 star review lightly. Call Dawn. You won't regret it.
