  First off I wanted to start off by apologizing for the length of this review I've never done anything like this before but things need to be said and I don't know how to put words like this into a shorter fashion for what I'm trying to go for here so bear with me... DayAir is just constantly amazing me and setting my mind and ease time and time again so when the representative I talked to today helped me out more than I even thought I needed it was then that I figured it was time I put DayAir and the DayAir family on a positive blast! So again I apologize for the lengthy review... Everyone I talk to there at DayAir has always been absolutely amazing and although I usually end up talking to Eli the majority of the timee I call he's always been the best to me always recognizes me immediately which makes me feel like a customer not just another number however today I had to call back for a second time because of a situation I put myself in which led to either my wallet being lost but looking more like stolen and although I did not lose my DayAir card obviously everything else extremely important that only I should know about was in that wallet which is why I was calling and I end up talking to Skyler for the first time and although I've never talked to her before she was immediately friendly and her willingness to help was just once again familiar with the day air family and after our phone call I was not expecting to feel far less stressed than I was before the phone call but I was using an ATM that did not work which led to me dropping my wallet so the questions I was calling with was answered and even the questions I had no idea I should have had were answerd and that in itself made me feel a lot better and more knowledgeable about something that would have really helped probably quite a few years back when it comes to credit and freezing and how all that stuff works since it's still new lingo to me however although all that stuff is replaceable it was the items in my wallet that are not replaceable that belonged to my father who I very recently lost unexpectedly that had me even more stressed and my stress level dropping over that was not supposed to have been part of the phone call but I promise you as friendly and knowledgeable as Skyler was if I'm spelling the name right I apologize if I'm not just made a really bad day get quite a bit better than I thought it could have at the rate this morning started out so again Eli, and today most of all when apparently needed most, Skyler thank you so very much! You guys always have been and can comfortably say without a doubt always will be amazing but today although almost any DayAir representative would have been a great help I needed that phone call with Skyler she was just the right person to answer the phone for me today that's the only way I know how to put it I'll never be able to say thank you enough for everything DAYAIR keeps doing for me. 😀❤️
