My may didn't start out will... and we had someone hit our car. We tried a few other places to get vehicle but nothing panned out. We try countryside ford with Derek. 3 Trips later between all the we (banks) need this and we need that, and running out of time before we had other places to be. WE FINALLY GET A FORD FLEX. Thank you for putting up with all the craziness and helping my family get in a new vehicle that will help us cart our 6 kids around. Only down fall was it not being a 8 passenger but we can make do and settle for the 7. Thanks again the Rosek Family.

So the car buying is never a fun one , especially when you don’t have great credit but having guys like Derek out there and dealerships like Countryside Ford makes things so much less stressful. I got in contact with Derek and gave him some info and he got me pre-approved before I even drove out. He asked what vehicle I was interested in and I picked out a beautiful 2018 Ford Edge Sport. Derek went out of his way to take a deposit on the car on his day off today over the phone. When I came to the dealership, I met Derek and he was really nice and personable. He had the car ready to go for a test drive and when I got back, he made the rest of the process really quick. I recommend Derek and Countryside Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle, especially those who don’t have the best credit.

Derek was amazing! My Bravada is broke down, i was using my dad’s truck which is about $140 to fill up. I couldn’t waste gas so he made sure i was approved before i even came in! This is my first new vehicle and i love it! 2019 VW Jetta! Thank you so much Derek. I’m definitely telling everyone!
