      Dean was wonderful to work with! I was looking to sell a Chicago area property that I had recently acquired. I live outside of Illinois, and so I was looking for an agent who could help me navigate the process. A friend who used to live in Chicago connected me with Dean, and I could not have been happier with the service he provided. Dean was thorough, attentive, and responsive. He did a lot of legwork in selling the property that I could not have done at a distance. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Dean!

      Dean helped us navigate the extremely challenging and competitve 2021 housing market. Dean was patient with us as first time home buyers, and was quick and insightful to answer all of our questions. Dean truly wanted us to find our dream home, and gave us the proper guidance in all aspects of the bidding process. After getting an accepted offer, Dean equipped us with a realty lawyer and loan officer that were second to none! Our loan approval process and contract negotiations went smoothly as Dean ensured that we were happy with our inspection concerns and applicable seller credits through close mediation. Finally, the closing process was professionally coordinated and executed in less than a couple hours! We are extremely satisfied with Dean and highly recommend him to our friends and family!

      Thorough researcher, professional presentation on options. Recent experience in LaGrange had me looking at multiple offers, accepting an offer over list price, and this is prior to Covid. Meaning, the real estate market was not booming. Residence sold in less than two weeks.
