  Very friendly, timely, and professional. Loan closed on time in 30days with no issues and they communicated very promptly along the way with the progress of the loan. We received an excellent rate despite the high rates in the current market. Couldn’t have been happier with Jon and the steadfast team throughout this process! Wouldn’t use anyone but them.

  Overall I'm very satisfied with the service provided. Jon came in when my home purchase was about to fall through due to disagreements with my own realtor and seller's agent. He provided a clear path that satisfied both parties. My situation was very unique, plagued with issues with the sellers agent, my realtor and even the city. Jon was understanding, fair and brought things into perspective while understanding I didn't have tons of money for repairs. He worked on my behalf and spoke to everyone involved while everyone else was calling me unfair or unreasonable. I felt like he cared and understood my situation with the city POS for our house and the sellers point of view. The only thing if I had to find something to improve, would be communication. But to be honest, that's just nitpicking at this point. He deserves 10 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend him. My complicated situation in itself is enough for me to recommend his entire team. Thanks!

  Jonathan Washburn and his entire team were all-stars during our entire home buying process. We closed on time, were able to do a bulk of the paperwork online/from home, and had great support from everyone involved along the way.
