  I have closed multiple houses with Dean and Ashley and from my experience I can share they are the best!! SWBC offers incredibly competitive rates and fantastic loan processing and servicing! Dean and Ashley are very responsive, always available, and clear and direct in their communication. He has contacted sellers on by behalf to represent the strenght of our offer and helping to ensure we close the deal.   We were first time home buyers and we were also interested in down payment assistance from the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency. Our realtor, Eden Ware, recommended Dean because she also used him herself, and SWBC was also on the OHFA approved lenders list! We tried a different lender on the list before, but they blew us off once we brought up DPA. Dean, however, was more than willing to help! They took care of us so well from start to finish. We closed in only three or so weeks because they are so well organized and good at what they do. We were always up to date in the process by them emailing us with all necessary documents. I will recommended Dean and his team to anyone I know trying to buy a house! Thank you!
