  Much love and many thanks to Nathan Arnold for getting our house sold so quickly. Nathan met with us about a year ago and left a lasting impression on us. At our first meeting, he made suggestions for things we could do to start getting our house ready for the market. Because of his straight forward approach when presenting his ideas about what improvements would appeal to home buyers, we knew we would work with him to sell our house when the time came. That time came quicker than we anticipated. The second time we met, we actually signed our contract and he was able to put us in touch with a contractor to get some minor home improvements done. Nathan is such a professional. There was never a time that we could not get in touch with him. The marketing exposure our house received was unbelievable. The photos and 3D tour of our house made us say “who’s house is that? I want to live there!” Our home was posted on a Thursday and we had multiple offers that Saturday well over the asking price. NATHAN YOU ROCK! Much love also to Madison Simmons. She did an excellent job preparing us for settlement after we accepted an offer on our house.
