  Debra is a superstar. Being first time home buyers, it was an incredibly daunting process and we had so many questions. Debra answered all our concerns extremely promptly, and was attentive throughout the whole process. If you want someone pro-active and go the extra mile for you, Debra is one of the best people anyone could ask for. We didn't know this at the time, but because Debra was so organized, on the day of our closing the whole process went incredibly smoothly. I heard that closing usually takes an hour and a half. We got in and out of there with our new home in under 45 minutes.

  Debra and her team were excellent at helping me secure a mortgage.  They made the process very easy and were especially great at communicating in a timely manner exactly what was needed and what the next steps in the process were.  Most importantly she was able to secure a great rate on the mortgage.  I would definitely use Guaranteed Rate and specifically Debra's team again in the future.
