I’ve stayed with decade for about 8 months. My credit improved minimally, but that’s okay, I know it’s part of the risk when it comes to credit repair. There are no guarantees. I’m very disappointed with the cancellation of my policy. I canceled in September and was not billed for September or October. Then I randomly had $150 taken out of my account by them in November. And they still have not been able to resolve this issue, mid-December. I’ve even tried going through my bank to no avail. The people who work here are nice and I do believe they do their best. But this mistake and the lack of resolution has really tarnished my opinion of decade financial solutions.
