Deerwood bank sold my account to this bank and I was forced to switch. It has been a mess ever since the switch, even locking me out of my bank account with NO access to any of my money. I was told not to change my direct deposit information and that it would all be taken care of. Of course it wasn't and now Royal Credit Union is rude and unhelpful like I shouldn't worry about my money. They tell me to call Deerwood Bank. When I call Deerwood Bank they can't tell me anything and say I am not their customer anymore. Wow. Stay away from both banks, they don't care about you or your money.
