  DNCU White Rock is the BEST financial institution we’ve ever banked with! Joshua, and all of the staff at that branch, are fantastic. We just relocated to NM and had lots of questions getting our accounts set up and everything transferred from our last home. Everyone at DNCU is pleasant, helpful, and professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Thank you DNCU White Rock for welcoming us to our new home.

  We have entrusted Del Norte White Rock for our banking needs since we moved here in 2009. We love the fact that the staff is always helpful and pleasant, some even remember our names! Your new manager Joshua Stringer has been most helpful in solving our banking issues, he always goes the extra mile to offer options for solutions and sees to it that we get the results we want.   Joshua Stringer is an awesome and amazing sincere helpful and kind person. They have listened to my problems as well as my needs and have been receptive to them while trying to assist me in my issues. I have had very bad customer service interactions in the past and Josh was able to help me to realise not only my attitude but how I could work On being a better person when it comes to interactions when the other party isn't being so receptive. By being patient and understanding Joshua not only helped Me With my bank issues he also helped me with some personal issues by just being kind inpatient and listening. He was able to help me understand my problems and even more by just being kind and patient. I was able to grow a lot things to the kindness that this being posed I am grateful that they are in this type of business because we need someone like them who can actually think for the people and not act like a machine. I am grateful that he has a heart and hes able to actually help out the people that he works with and for thank you so much Joshua for being an amazing person I appreciate you
